Webster is an AVID elementary. AVID is a college and career readiness program designed to help students develop skills they need to be successful in higher education. Part of this program teaches students organization; therefore, you will see that we are requiring specific supplies for each grade level.

Kindergarten

1st Grade

2 boxes 16 or 24 crayons (no jumbo)
1 plastic supply box 8x5 (no locks)
1 watercolor paint set
1 box of tissues
1 pair student scissors
20-24 of #2wooden pencils(no plastic wrappings)
6 glue sticks
1 pair headphones or earbuds
1 box fine line markers (8 or 10 Count)
1 reusable water bottle for daily use in the classroom

2nd Grade

24 #2 yellow Ticonderoga pencils
1 pack of 12 colored pencils
1 box of 24 crayons
1 pack Crayola markers classic thick
1 box of tissues (BOYS ONLY)
1 pack loose leaf paper- wide rule (GIRLS ONLY)
2 glue sticks
1 pair of pointed scissors
1 individual hand sanitizer
Headphones or earbuds
4 plastic two pocket folders (1 red, 1 purple, 1 blue, 1 yellow- Required for AVID)
4-70 page wide ruled notebooks (1 red, 1 purple, 1 blue, 1 yellow- Required for AVID*)
Supply pouch or box (no larger than 9x5, NO KEYS OR LOCKS)
1 box quart sized Ziploc bags *BOYS ONLY(Optional)
1 box gallon sized Ziploc bags *GIRLS ONLY (Optional)

3rd Grade
